Hi Can someone provide me with a source to go to to determine the density of a sucrose gradient as a function of the refractive index ? I am doing membrane isolation from E. coli and I want to determine the density of sucrose in my fractions. Thanks Feras hantash at ccwf.cc.utexas.edu
