Does anyone have any suggetions regarding PC software to analyze scanned in
gells (both protein and dna). The software should be able to analyze the
bands, qauntitiate and for DNA sequencing, read the gels and spit out the
sequence. I have a pentium hooked up top a HP IIcx scanner to scan the gels.
