I've worked with two primer sets (the giardan gene, and an HSP primer set) to date. Does anyone know if someone has designed an 18S rRNA primer set that is specific and sensitive to G.lamblia? Have the set for Crypto, and looking for something that is as sensitive for Giardia. Later, Quvatlh Cha
