Hello everybody
I am posting this for a friend who wants to use transposon mutagenesis
with marine Vibrios. Does anybody have experience with that (vectors,
selection markers, etc.). I have a system that I'm using with a
Pseudomonas, but it doesn't seem to work that well with the Vibrio.
Any help will be highly appreciated!
