You have brought back fond memories of e transport work I used to do as an 
undergrad over 25 years ago. If you don't mind my asking, why are you doing 
it now?

Here is some info from top of my head (at home with no ref. sources):

rotenone use mg/ml as it is a plant extract with much impurities,
antimycin A use ug/ml
2-N-heptyl-4-hydroxyquinolane-N-oxide  use ug/ml

Your biggest decision is how to disolve the material. Using etoh can distort 
bacterial respiration characteristics. The compounds may penetrate gram +ve 
differently from gram -ve bacteria.
