Hi Gilles,
The sequence of pUC vector origins are outlined in the GenBank files.
Our lab is looking at a great new cloning and primer package called
CloneWorks which allows you to load molecules like pUC18 etc. One cool
thing is that you can preview the files you load....like the GenBank
file associated with it. You can both see the origin outline in a
graphic and see exactly what sequence it is from the GenBank file. I
hope this helps. You can get a demo version of cloneworks from their
site....http://www.cloneworks.com/anteater. I think anteater is the
name of the software company....must be UCI grads!
