I would forget about the net in this case and just look in a General Virology
text or General Microbiology textbook in the library. A good source would
be Tom Brock's "Emergence of Bacterial Genetics ", 1990, Cold Spring Harbor
Press. There is a section on the one step growth of phage. The one step
experiment was a milestone in our understanding of phage replication, but it
is primarily history, and unlikely to be found as such on the net.
