My microbiology students have a few questions that we think could be
answered by someone from this list. The questions are: Does anyone have any
information related to the Nazi who was planning on using the bubonic
plague bacillus to start an epidemic? Was he imprisoned? Are there now
tighter restrictions imposed to get those kind of pathogens through the
mail? Any information would be appreciated.
