Consultant for fermentation scale-up

Hi,
   I am in the process doing fermentation scale-up to enable the manufacture
of a protein drug for clinical trials.  I am looking for a consultant to help
me through this process.  I am looking for some one with experience in using
E. coli based expression system for the manufacture of protein drugs.  Any
help in this matter will be greatly appreciated.
