Where are online genetics papers?

Anglia P. University library has none of expected genetics journals like
Theor Appl Genet, Genomics etc etc

Desperately need papers on microsatellite research (esp. in wheat) for
literature survey.  Also time is disappearing rapidly, therefore has
anyone any pointers to online databases/journals/papers etc.?
