I am thinking about preparing a memmalian expression vector expressing
MarR, the multiple antibiotic resistance repressor. I wanted to know if
anyone had cloned MarR cDNA and would like to share the clone with me. I
am planning on using it to develop an inducible gene expression system
for use in cell lines and transgenic mice. I would appreciate your
