Dear netters:
Can anyone tell me about protocols of determinination of RNA
concentration??.. I would like to use "orcinol method", but I don't have
the detailed protocol..It's possible to measure RNA in sample partially
autolyzed yeast extract with this method or by UV (260 nm) quantification ??.
