Dear netters:
I am currently working with peroxidases for oxidation of aromatic
compounds. I have used some peroxidases, but I would like to produce
lignin peroxidase from Phanorechaete chrysosporium by solid state
fermentation. Can anyone tell me about a suitable medium and substrate
for this enzyme production???..
