Try this reference; T. J. Foster. 1983. Microbiological Reviews. Plasmid
Determined Resistance to Antimicrobial Drugs and Toxic Metal Ions In
Bacteria. Vol.47 No.3. It is old, but covers genes and mechanisms for a
lot of the major antibiotics.
