Does anyone know where I can access the Ponnuswamy program for
predicting transmembrane B strands (Int. J. Peptide Protein Res.
42:420-431, 1993). This program was developed to predict
transmembrane segments in bacterial outer membrane proteins. Any
pointers would be greatly appreciated.
