Finally got somewhere with Bacto Bitone media. Difco doesn't make it any
more. According to them, it has been at least 1984 since they last made it
(they aren't sure). But I did find out what it is - 50% casein pancreatic
digest and 50% yeast extract. A friend told me that Gibco makes a
comparable media and thinks it is called Peptone 220. But I'm not certain.
