Hi, I'm am working at the University of Arizona trying to make the Two
Hybrid System to work. So far, the Stratagene kit has been working fine, but
I got one question. In the transformation protocole, they ask you to use a
transformation reagent 1 and 2, which they never tell you what they are.
Does anybody knows what are these reagents? They call them ATR1 and ATR2.
I will appreciate any answer.
