I would like to know if anyone has tested C. albicans sensitiviy to
metronxadole. Was it moderate or insensitve. I have Ulcerative Colitis
and I am aware that flagyl is used in to decrease the severity of acute
attacks of IBD but doesn't "cure" the disease. I was wondering if maybe
there was a correlation i.e. candida a is somewhat sensitive to flagyl
but isn't used to treat candida for obvious reasons. Also any journals
that address this issue would be much appreciated.
