Can I get a definite answer? I am a MCB student who happens to own an
iguana which is kept in an aquarium. I tested it for salmonella and
found it was carrying Salmonella Arizona. Is it or is it not possible to
treat the iguana successfully with antibiotics? How long would treatment
take? I have a 6 year old and a 1 year old, so I am very concerned about
my findings. Someone please clue me in on this species and my chances of
ridding the animal of its salmonella. Please email me.
