Are alkA and tag genes regulated by SOS?

A simple question if anyone knows. Are the tag and alkA genes (DNA
repair genes encoding 3-methyladenine DNA glycosylases) in E. coli
regulated by the SOS system, more specifcially, are they expressed in a
recA mutant strain?
