Dear Netters
I need some help to grow the actinomycete Microbispora bispora.
I can grow it on oat meal agar as it is recommended by the ATCC
culture collection. But because I want to isolate genomic DNA I have to
grow it in a liquid cultuer. Up to now without any success.
My questions are. Wich medium is the best for this strain?
What is the generation time and what is a good and fast method to
isolate genomic DNA?
