I´m looking for a sensitive and convenient method for the
simultaneus determination of D- and L-amino acids by RP-HPLC.
Because we are lacking of a flourescens-detector, a possible
chiral derivatisation reagent must be detectable with an UV-
detector. If somebody knows a method or literature about such
a method I would be grateful to get some advice.
