Greetings, 'Netters! (especially those of you genetically-inclined!) I'm working on gene expression in gram-positive bacteria and I would like to know anyone's opinion on whether the E. coli rrnB (ribosomal RNA) transcription terminators are likely to operate in gram-positives.
