Hello,
I'm trying to grow pure cultures of
some SRB, including Desulfobacter postgatei.
I have made media using a recipe from ATCC,
and when I autoclaved it, I got a whole bunch
of whitish flaky precipitate! Does anyone
out there know any "tricks of the trade"
which might be necessary for making SRB medium?
