Listeria Enrichment Broth works quite well as a pre-enrichment for food
testing and is used in many protocols for both rapid and culture method.
Your Listeria will grow at 37 but it will produce more flagella at 30
degrees. If you are using a rapid method that suggests 30 degrees, then
you better follow the procedure because that method may detect flagella.
