I am currently engaged in a project involving food spoilage organisms,
namely Psuedomonas fragi, Brochothrix thermosphacta, Pseudomonas fluorescens,
Bacillus subtilis, C.botulinum, and the Enterococci, Lactobacillus, Rhizopus,
Cladosporium and Penicillium species. I would be grateful if anybody who had
any info on these organisms especially pictures could post them or e-mail me
