I want to express a non-glycosylated foreign
protein for secretion in S. cerevisiae, if I put a
signal peptide in the cDNA specifying that it
should be transported to the ER, will it be
glycosylated automatically?
Also are there any benefits to using S. pombe over
S. cerevisiae?
