effect of cosmetics and personal hygiene products on normal resident skin microflora

Please can anybody help me on how cosmetics and personal hygiene effect the 
normal resident skin microflora,and how the environment is actually 
changed.Could anyone also give me some names and addresses of large 
companies that make cosmetics and hygiene products.
