Could you say me in what conditions I would get Mycobacterium ulcerans
liquid culture. This mycobacterium is a very slow grower which needs 3-4
weeks to show colonies on LJ medium (egg base medium). I want to purify
Mycobacterium ulcerans exotoxin and I have failed to subculture
Mycobacterium ulcerans grown on LJ medium, in Sauton medium, Dubos medium
+ 5 % BSA + 7.5 dextrose, MIDDLEBROOK 7H9 + ADC. THANS IN ADVANCE TO ALL.
