UK catagory 2 microorganisms

Is there a web site (or does anyone know) the requirements for a 
catagory 2 lab in the UK? We are going to grow up several litres
of Pseudomonas aeruginosa and would like to know if we have to do
anything to our lab apart from using GLP.
