nutritional supplements in the San Diego/Escondido, California area. The

Major Areas:
1. Technical Degree, B.S., M.S., etc. Microbiology, Food Science,
Pharmaceutical Sciences, etc.
2. Microbiology laboratory experience and/or training
3. Knowledge of USP (United States Pharmacopeia)
4. At least some knowledge of what to expect from the FDA (U.S. Food and
Drug Administration)
5. Knowledge of general CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices)
6. Experience in Quality Control Program Development
Minor Areas:
1. Knowledge of validation procedures and IQ, OQ and PQ protocols
2. Knowledge of the specific required test methods for water analysis
(R2A-membrane)
3. Knowledge of FDA (U.S. Food and Drug Administration) Auditing
Requirements
4. Specific CGMP requirements of the two Nutritional Supplement USP
Chapters
5. Experience with the USP Microbial Limits <61>
6. Experience with USP Preservative Efficacy Testing <51>
7. Experience with product "Stability Testing"
