The only commercial source I am aware of is 5' to 3'.  They have 
purified rabbit polyclonal antisera to a number of proteins, including
E. coli beta-galactosidase.  I've used their anti-beta lactamase antisera
for Western blots and obtained very good results.  5' to 3' is at (800)
533-5703.  They are located in Boulder, CO.
