Hello all,
I need information on what percent oxygen to use for growing nonpathogenic
mycobacteria (I use M. smegmatis). Do they prefer a lower O2 tension than
that of atmospheric levels? Also, do they like added CO2? Most information
I have found is for pathogens like TB.
