Dear Bio-netters,
Has anyone tried to generate fingerprints of their gram negative
bacteria using ERIC or REP sequences? The method seems to be
powerful enough.
I wonder if there is any pitfall in using these sequences for
performance evaluation of strains in the field. Comments
from people having practical experience are awaited.
