I'd agree with UCT,  but to be practical, some people and  organisations
will always be more impressed with an Oxbridge college, regardless of
the relative merits of the courses. (This is not to imply that either
course is in any way inferior).
Tim Williams (Who was sometimes found drinking at UCT, but unfortunately never
studied there.)
