Hi everyone
I have a unusual situation.
I transformed a recombinant gene to S.cerevisiae, but found that the enzyme
is only produced on solid media, NOT liquid media!
The media I use is SC-ura (C-source: 0.8% glucose) and SC-ura (C-source
Gliserol/EtOH)
The recombinant gene is under control of the ADH2 promotor.
Has anyone had such a situation before, could ne1 please suggest a few
possible explanations.
This work was supposed to complete my M.Sc but now it is slowing me down so
that i may not finish in time.
