I am getting ready to do a research project and I was wondering if anyone
had or knew where I could get info on preparing samples for the
Transmission Electron Microscope with little or no staining or
contrasting. The reason for this project is I think that if an animal
has enough heavy metals it just might make that animal tissue electron
dense enough where staining isn't neccasary. This could also save money
as to not having to buy the staining a contrasting materials. My email
is doppedal at univ.dbq.edu. TIA
