Pandorina is a colonial member of the family Volvocaceae.  It is an
ovoid colony of eight Chlamydomonas-like zoospores enclosed in a
gelatinous sheath.  Cells divide internally to form daughter colonies,
and sexual reproduction occurs through the formation of isogametes or
anisogametes.  I hope this helps.
