Hi!
Does anyone know what kind of toxic effect is caused by nystatin (polyene
antifungal antibiotic) in human cells? Is there any information on
molecular mechanisms of this effect and on which chemical groups in
nystatin molecule are responsible for that? Any information will be greatly
appreciated.
