Given the average patient with those three characteristics, back pain
would certainly be high on the list. Looking at it another way,
though, the way the question is worded suggests that the questioner
may have a more elegant solution in mind. Try checking up on some of
the less common uses for opiate-type drugs (such as non-analgesic
properties). You may come up with something cute.
