Help with statistical analyses

Hi

this is extremely urgent and I reaaly appreciate any help.

I do phoA activities and I get data like this

Day 	SAmple 1	SAmple 2	Sample 3

1	10		5		6
2	15		9		11

As you can see, samples 2 and 3 are always lower than one, but If I averge
and get the standard deviation, the error bars will overlap.

The pattern above is always consistent 9i.e. 2 and 3 are always lower than
1)

What test should I use to determine the statistical significance of the
data ? what computer software can help me.
