I have some experience with this and I don't think you will find an E.
coli strain that synthsizes FF luciferase and its probably not what your
looking for anyway. Try looking up the ATP Assay Kit made by LKB Wallac.
You should be able to measure total ATP concentration in whole or lysed
cells with this. hope it helps, Bob
