maybe you mean judah folkmans funding came, in part, from seagrams (don't 
they get a tax break for that even in canada).

WRONG! the private sector is capitalists, yeah they are part of the public, 
but not the total--btw the voting public wants to increase funding for 
research so your next statement is also WRONG.
