I am looking for a list (or reference to an appropriate web site)
of genes that have been cloned into diverse orgnaisms e.g genes from
bacteria or humans or plants cloned into bacteria, fungi or plants. I am
trying to back up or refrute the statement:

Because of the shared chemistry of all living things, scientists
can move genes between diverse organisms like plants and bacteria.

Cheers,

Martin
