I am seeking to license an antimicrobial agent for use in beverages.
The agent must be dilute and suitable for human ingestion, as well as
able to function in an acidic environment rich in calcium. In addition,
it would be advantageous for the agent to be able to function in the
presence of hard water ions as well for cleaning hard surfaces. Both
"off-the-shelf" solutions to this problem and R&D concepts with proof of
feasibility are of interest.
