was forwarded to me for response. Unfortunately, the microorganisms
you list above are incredibly diverse, and there is no one screening
method available for all three. I would recommend consulting an
excellent reference text such as
"The Manual of Environmental Microbiology"
published by the American Society for Microbiology in 1997 as a
source for the various methods you would need to screen for these
organisms.
