I don't understand.  It's right here in my lab manual, "Molecular Techniques for
Evil Scientists" by Dr. Moreau.

I am sorry, but I am more pragmatic. It really does take more to alter
DNA than just copying in the material of interest. If it was that easy,
many more organismal genomes would be copied. WE do not know enough to
change DNA the way you are thinking. Maybe in the futurre...
