Can anyone give me some information or references about what factors that
determine whether bacteria or viruses are transmitted via air or through
contact. Is it only the microbes´ ability to survive in dry conditions on
for example dust-particles that is of importance, or are other factors
involved? (weight, adherence-factors ..).
Data about staphylococci are of particular interest.
