I would whole-heartedly argue that "hu-man" created "god" using alchemy, but then
who wouldn't!!!!!!
Seriously though, THe immune system may have evolved from a so-called
hodge-podge of other activities and there are earlier posts from participants in
this group that are more knowledgeble (sp?) than myself regarding this topic.
More specifically an immune response is not only an arguement for evolution--it
is an example of biologic evolution. Both antibody and T cell reactivities
evolve during the course of an immune response from less to more specific (in
general). This evolutionary process even has survival of the fittest cells
(those with the best ag. fit, or those with the fastest growth potential) and
this survival favors the organisms survival.
