Hi,
Certain genes have different chromosomal insertion.
I'm trying to identify the most frequent location of certain genes. In other
way... identifying the genes at 5' and 3' of the target gene insertion.
But I'm having some problems to identifying the best methodology to do it.
Could some one help me?
